The story behind each creation
My name is Louison, and I am the creator of alalu.
After studying fashion design, I chose to specialize in lingerie pattern-making in Milan, with the desire to master every detail of creation, from drawing to the final product.
alalu was born from this passion for lingerie, but also from a need: to offer pieces that are beautiful, comfortable, and meticulously designed.
Today, each creation is entirely conceived, developed, and made by myself. From the choice of materials to the refinement of the designs, and the development of all sizes, I oversee each step with care and precision.
This artisanal work allows me to create sincere lingerie, where nothing is left to chance.
Behind alalu, there is also a human adventure. A brand managed solo on a daily basis (or almost… I gladly leave the accounting to my dear husband — to each their own talent, hehe).
Through alalu, I want to offer another way of consuming lingerie: more conscious, more local, and above all, closer to those who wear it.
Handmade in Belgium
Each alalu piece is entirely handmade in Belgium, by me.
This choice allows me to prioritize a sustainable production, far from the rhythms of mass production. Here, nothing is mass-produced: each piece is made to order, specially for you.
This guarantees particular attention to every detail, but also fairer, more durable, and profoundly unique lingerie.
Taking the time to do things well, creating less but better—that is the very essence of alalu.

Each alalu creation is designed with particular attention to its impact.
All raw materials come from Europe and are carefully selected with an eco-responsible approach. I prioritize Oeko-Tex certified fabrics, as well as materials made from recycled fibers, such as recycled nylon.
My commitment goes beyond fabrics: each packaging is also designed to limit its environmental impact, so that your lingerie is respectful of the planet from start to finish.
This choice allows me to offer you more respectful lingerie, without compromising on quality, comfort or aesthetics.
Because creating differently also means consuming more consciously.
